After a lot of hurry up and wait, things are moving quickly to bring you authentic Italian Food! I am so thrilled and excited for this beginning.

Only a few more steps until we open officially! The menu is up and soon you will be able to order in person or through Toast!

We are “going” to the Region of Tuscany and highlighting traditional foods from Florence! While they may not be receiving as much snow as we are this week, it is certainly chilly this time of year! This week in Florence, the weather ranges from the high 40’s to 50’s!

When I first moved to Italy, I was coming from the desert of Las Vegas! Anything below 80 seemed cold to me! It can be quite an adjustment when you are used to the tangible heat that Nevada provides.

For a Nevada native there is something magical when it snows and watching the weather from the comforts of home! For all those snow enthusiasts, it is the season you wait for, the fresh powder under your board or skis.
