First week open in Hood River! To all those who came out to try the Florence Menu I am so incredibly grateful! The biggest takeaway I had was trying to do too much on Day 1. (not like me at all) I scaled back the menu this first week and am adding items in slowly! Currently, we are open 7 days a week from 11:30 until food sells out! We won’t be staying in Florence forever, so if you haven’t given it a try, I encourage you to! The Pappardelle Cinghiale or the Gnudi are absolutely delicious. Mention this post when you come visit PESCO! I look forward to meeting you and finding out what your favorite Italian Comfort food is!!
